DSM (Digital surface model) of landfill

Terminology:

DSM stands for Digital Surface Model; a model represents the digital surface and colour spectre which allow us to determine differences in elevation or represent contour lines.

DTM stands for Digital Terrain Model; a model represents the plain surface without buildings.

ORTHOMOSAIC is a mosaic of images composed of parts of photographs assembled into a whole.

POINT CLOUD is a 3D representation using a cloud of points.

MESH is a 3D representation of the mesh forming the surface.
